How to Use Super Alloy 1 Liquid Flux Replacement

1. Prepare the Metal: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove oxidation, oil, paint, etc. Use a wire brush, Dremel tool, sandpaper, bead blaster etc. It’s important to remove all surface oxidation immediately prior to bonding, as the surface metal begins to oxidize immediately, and oxidation interferes with the bond.
