Whether you ride a dirt bike or street bike, enjoy stomping in your 4x4 or Jeep, or even drive a race car, the weekends are what you live for.

Nothing ruins a weekend like damaging your toys. Anyone who's ever driven a motorcycle has crashed. Most dirt and street bikes now have aluminum radiators, and after market motorcycle radiators are not on every street corner, nor are they practical to carry with you on your trip due to the expense of the radiator itself.

Unless you are fortunate enough to always be in front of the pack, your vehicle is subjected to the rocks, sticks and other materials being thrown up at your vehicle by everyone in front of you--a radiator puncture waiting to happen.

And how many races have been lost when collision damages your radiator, forcing you to trailer your vehicle while everyone else is crossing the finish line.

Fortunately there is a solution. Super Alloy 1. With a simple propane torch and Super Alloy 1, you have every tool necessary to solder those holes just like the professionals. What your local radiator repair shop doesn't want you to know is this is the material they are using to repair it! Super Alloy 1 solder works great on copper radiators and brass radiators as well.

The two tubes that have been bent and pinched in this radiator aren't leaking, so the only repair that must be made is to solder the aluminum tube that is totally split open.

After removing the grille, use a screwdriver or long-nose pliers to reduce the gap in the split radiator tube. The more you can close the hole, the easier it will be to heat the injured area consistently.

The finished repair made quick and easy with Super Alloy 1.
