Question: Can you ship FedEx or UPS using my account number?
Answer: Yes. Call 360-357-4770 to place your order

Question: How do you ship your packages?
Answer: USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, which is sent to the email address entered on the payment form. UPS and FedEx are available for an additional fee. *note: due to customs issues, all packages to Canada will be shipped UPS or FedEx.

Question: How much is shipping to my country?
Answer: Typically around $20 USD USPS, call for a quote.

Question: Where are you located?
Answer: Olympia, WA

Question: I ordered today. When will my package be shipped?
Answer: We typically ship 3 times a week. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for your order to arrive. If you need your order sooner, we have rush shipping available for a $25 fee, plus UPS or FedEx charges.
