As more car collectors know, pot metal pits, breaks, and tears are very common problems. This 1969 Corvette window frame has a small missing piece we are going to repair with Super Alloy 1.
After making the repair with a propane torch (at 350o), remove the flux with warm water, grind to the appropriate shape and chrome plate.
