1966 Austin Healy Valance Panel

This 1966 Austin Healy 3000 has a 5 or 6 inch tear in the bottom of the aluminum valance panel just below the grille.







We sanded the part to expose the bare metal. We use an oxyacetylene torch with a soft flame to make the repair.







After making the repair with Super Alloy 5, the part is ready to sand down and repaint.
