39 Electrode
Special Qualities:
Our 39 rod has excellent arc characteristics and can be applied easily in all positions with a short arc due to its fine spray transfer. It has outstanding resistance to inter-granular corrosion. It is not subject to carbide precipitation as most ordinary stainless steel electrodes are. It is highly resistant to cracking as it contains additives to improve crack resistance. It is excellent for maintaining equipment in the refinery, brewery, dairy, food product and kitchen equipment industries. 39 results in less disoloration ot the stainless base metal than occurs with ordinary welding electrodes. Clean-up is minimized. Provides excellent corrosion resistance for the greater majority of stainless applications, resisting both organic and inorganic acids.
